If you are not happy with an item and the item is faulty, then you will be covered by our 60 days unconditioned guarantee and all you need to do is contact us through our replacement form. You are not required to return the product shipped originally. If you want to return an item that is not defective, (purchased in error for example) then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7-10 days of receiving the returned goods, given that we receive the returned items in their original condition.
