Domestic Shipping Policy and Shipment Processing Time

  • Joyful gladly ships to all addresses within the U.S. and the U.S. Territories.
  • In order to provide you with the best shipping speed as we well as the best possible shipping price, we employ the services of U.S. Postal Service all our orders.
  • We do our best so that all orders are processed within 5-7 business days max.
  • If for any unfortunate reason beyond our control, we expect a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to explain the delay and the new expected delivery date.
  • Kindly note that orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends or USA holidays.
  • Kindly note that overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within the following 24-48 hours. Tracking activation might be delayed until 72 hours in some rare instances due to COVID-19 related difficulties but rest assured that this is only a reporting delay not reflecting the actual shipping.

Sale taxes will apply as per the law and regulations of the state or territory you want us to ship your order to.

Damages

Joyful provides an unconditioned 60 days guarantee on all our orders that cover any rare but unfortunate case in which orders are damaged during product transit or shipping. In such cases, kindly don’t hesitate to contact us through the replacement form and provide us with your order number and we will ship you a brand-new replacement for all issues that arise during the grantee period. International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the U.S. but we are working hard to provide this service soon.
